MadeByPi leaves a lasting impression on first direct [Mar 10] 

Following on from our development of the (award-winning) first direct live website at the end of last year, we have recently added a new development to the site using pin art impressions to showcase first direct's customer feedback.
 
The new digital application can be seen here where customer opinions of the bank can be both read and viewed. The ‘first impressions' tool allows users to view video testimonials in digital pin art in its most basic form, and to use their webcam to view themselves in digital pin art and to capture and store images.

Natalie Cowen, marketing communications manager for first direct commented: ‘This new digital innovation from MadeByPi complements our latest customer feedback campaign that allows us to gauge customer opinion in a completely unique way."
 
The pin art campaign was created by CheethamBell JWT to raise awareness of the brand and engage with people to persuade them to switch their accounts from competitors. MadeByPi has driven and created the interactive application for the site.
